Please note that all charges are made in CAD Dollars.

Buy $75.00 or more worth of merchandise and receive free standard shipping (Expedited Parcel) within Canada only.

  • The $75.00 amount is calculated on the merchandise total only and does not include taxes or other charges.
  • All discounts are taken off merchandise total before free shipping is calculated. Only orders with $75.00 merchandise total after discounts will receive free Expedited Parcel shipping.
  • The free shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations reduce the merchandise total to less than $75.00.
  • reserves the right to change all applicable shipping and handling charges on such orders.
  • Items cannot be added to orders after they are placed to get free Expedited Parcel shipping.



Expedited Parcel

  • All "Expedited Parcel" shipped orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will ship within 24-48 hours from the next business day.
  • Delivery time varies dependent upon your location. Major urban centres can expect the minimum delivery time while northern regions and remote centres can expect the maximum delivery time.

Please note: Tracking information is provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email.

All our orders are shipped via US/Canada Post.  You may prefer to specify a business address when ordering, however please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.  If using a business address please ensure you include your company name, your full name and unit number, if applicable.

If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the courier may leave a delivery attempt notice with information on when the next delivery attempt will be made, or where you can pick up your shipment.  Please follow the instructions on the notice left by the courier.


Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

**Due to COVID-19, all return packaging received to our warehouse are not opened and processed for 1 business day.  Please be patient and we will process your return within 5-7 business days. 


If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Taos shoes you can return them to us within 60 days for a full refund of your product only if:

  • Items to be refunded are returned to us in saleable condition.
  • Returns missing original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, hangtags, etc. still attached to footwear. The shoebox must be in a protective shipping box.
  • Copy of your original invoice must be included with your shoes with reason for return.
  • If footwear is deemed as worn and unsaleable, you're responsible for shipping to get the footwear returned to you.  If you are unsure if your footwear meets unworn and saleable condition, please feel free to send us pictures of your footwear before shipping them back to us.

Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of shipping and retain this until the refund has been processed.  

Taos Canada cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit to our warehouse. 

Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. 

Shipping charges are not refunded.  Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


We do not offer direct exchanges on merchandise.  

If you would like a different size, colour, or item please place a new order.  Follow the steps above for the return of merchandise.


Limited Warranty

Taos Canada products have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against all defective workmanship and/or materials. After inspection, all products deemed defective by Gredico Footwear Ltd will be replaced or credited. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.
